Westminster Canterbury Richmond is seeking a part-time member of our Foundation team who will help develop and execute a strategy to increase awareness of and applications to our Fellowship Program for lower income seniors. Fellowship has provided housing, meals, healthcare and other benefits to more than 600 Richmond-area seniors since 1975 and is the founding mission of Westminster Canterbury Foundation. Funding for the program is provided largely through gifts to Westminster Canterbury Foundation, and referrals to the program are often sought from partners such as faith communities and civic organizations. We are seeking a community-minded professional who will deepen connections with existing partners and establish new partnerships to increase applications to the program, work with internal and external stakeholders to identify barriers to program entry and conduct research with peer communities into trends in similar programs. Position will work closely with a mission-focused, goal-oriented team dedicated to providing the best life possible for our residents and cultivating leadership in senior services. This is a part time ~16 hour per week position based in our offices on our beautiful Northside Richmond campus. Periodic travel to community partners may be required.
