It ensures compliance with standards, regulations, and laws and works with other leadership staff to ensure the financial viability and census targets of the assigned service area. The role collaborates with leaders throughout the organization to ensure that services provided are high quality, evidence-based, and produce positive outcomes for those we serve. It also ensures that staff in their assigned areas provide high-quality customer service to clients seeking services and to other teams and staff.
