To provide leadership and oversight for Hospitality and Events operations execution. This role also provides administrative support to the Campus Pastor and Campus staff team. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Hospitality, Merch/Marketplace, and Events dream team operations. Execute and coordinate event plan/vision as given by resourcing director for all Campus events. Oversee Campus inventory and tracking of hospitality related items. (Waters, Coffee, Creamers, etc.) Oversee Campus Host and Merch/Marketplace Sunday execution. Track and manage Events & Hospitality related budget and purchasing. Create weekly meetings and agendas as necessary. (DLSM, Weekend Review, etc.) Assist with receipt submissions and campus purchasing through Ramp. Attend weekly Four Corners Staff meeting, record notes and forward action items after meeting. Work with resourcing staff to ensure campus is resourced with everything needed to host excellent experiences. Assist with data entry, reporting, and record-keeping related to attendance, volunteers, or events Send communication and event invites on behalf of Campus Pastor. Collaborate with Campus Pastor to plan campus specific events such as DTLM’s, Groups Vision Nights, LLA, and etc. Support seasonal initiatives such as Easter, 7NOR, Christmas, and others.
