About The Position
The Staff Nurse in Nursing 6e CCU CSICU at Mount Sinai Morningside is responsible for the care activities and goal achievements of assigned patients. This includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, and intervening in actual or potential health problems, as well as evaluating the patient's response to care. The nurse will also be responsible for health teaching and discharge planning, acting as a member of a designated care team, and collaborating, coordinating, and guiding team members in planning patient care activities. The role requires demonstrating behaviors that reflect the scientific knowledge, judgment, and teaching skills of a professional nurse.
