About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellow will provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in a variety clinical setting as a part of a collaborative care team under the supervision of experienced providers. The Fellow will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while gaining knowledge, advanced clinical skills, and autonomy in a structured, multidisciplinary training environment. This fellowship supports the transition into pediatric practice through hands-on experience, didactic learning, simulation, and professional development. Requirements

• Applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation in addition to a CV.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurses Master’s Degree in Nursing as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Physician Assistants Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurses Current Texas professional registered nurse license
• Current Texas professional advanced practice registered nurse license
• Certified as a Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner required
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) required
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
• Physician Assistants Current Texas professional physician assistant license
• Certified as a PA-C
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) required
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
