About The Position

Job description Position Title: FEL Driver - CDL A or B Driver Department: Residential - Operations Shift: Day - Seasonal Driver to safely and efficiently operate company equipment in accordance with company policies in order to deliver exceptional customer service. Works to create a hazard-free, accident-free environment. Strategic Work: (Managerial details, how the employee's tasks fit into the company as a whole. As well as the company's vision going forward both from a culture standpoint and operationally.) Make safety a priority at all times Be courteous with all customers, both internal and external Report any concerns with equipment, route(s) or customer(s) to a Lead or Manager Clock in at the start and end of the scheduled shift Report to work as scheduled and wear a clean employee uniform Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Tactical Work/Tasks: (Specific tasks the employee is expected to do) Continuously meet driver expectations and requirements, i.e., pre/post trip, fuel and wash truck, VIR, Customer Tags, Radio usage, secure load, Operate trucks and equipment in accordance with company procedures and standards Comply with all safety standards and requirements Report any safety or quality concerns to supervisor Maintain all CDL driver qualifications and valid driver's license Maintain an acceptable MVR - Motor vehicle Record Participate in on-the-job training to learn to operate other trucks and/or equipment Assist in mapping routes and use route books to ensure consistency and timeliness Follow oral and/or written instructions Observe legal and defensive driving practices Work independently and perform duties without close supervision Standards: (documented operating work policies, procedures, guides and expectations.) May be exposed to waste, including blood-borne pathogens, insects, animals and other exterior hazards. The noise level is moderate to loud. Sit, stand, walk, bend, reach with arms and hands at or above shoulders, kneel and stretch, and the ability to climb into or exit a truck and/or other equipment. Lift, push, carry and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. on a routine basis, and up to 90 lbs. as needed using proper lifting techniques. Requirements

Maintain all CDL driver qualifications and valid driver's license
