About The Position

Gold-Eagle Cooperative, located in Galt, IA, is seeking a Feed Mill Operator for a second shift position. The role involves the precise loading and unloading of trucks, general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assisting operations and maintenance teams with various tasks. The operator will be responsible for leveraging problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude, and operating computer-controlled systems to ensure smooth production processes. The position offers a competitive wage of $22 - $29 per hour, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and an array of company-wide benefits after a 30-day probation period. The initial schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a planned transition to second shift hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and a shift differential will apply for all hours worked after 6:00 p.m. Gold-Eagle Cooperative is a long-standing organization in the agriculture community, known for its collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements
