About The Position
Lead Operator will schedule feed production: Batching feed Pelleting feed Grinding corn Communicate with Loadout & Receiving. Monitor consoles and adjust machinery. Restock ingredient bags for micro-bins. Fill micro-bins with correct ingredient. Inventory finished feed. Inform Management of any problems with machines or scheduling. Complete Batching and Pelleting Reports. Weigh and unload trucks, train rail cars. All other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Understand rules, regulations, and method of properly weighing trucks.
- Ability to properly check samples.
- Understand and reinforce SOP's for all production areas.
