The primary purpose of this position is to assign loads to drivers for the timely delivery of feed to growers and assist in feed scheduling. The role also involves training drivers in the procedures of loading trucks when necessary. The employee will communicate with other staff members to efficiently load and dispatch feed. In addition to dispatching, the position includes scheduling feed deliveries to growers, completing feed delivery and inventory records, and maintaining the feed scheduling system. Compliance with all company policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations is also a key responsibility.
