Position Summary: It is the primary responsibility of this role to accurately and efficiently deliver bulk fuels and other energy related products.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, customers. etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to make independent judgments, which have moderate impacts on the organization.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service oriented with ability to problem solve and manage difficult customer situations
  • Results-oriented, accurate and thorough with a commitment to accountability
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn other key operational computer programs
  • Comply with Centra Sota’s driver qualification requirements and Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • Maintain a valid class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and air brake endorsements.

Nice To Haves

  • One year relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to do the job.
  • Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
  • Skilled in operation of equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient delivery of bulk fuel and energy related products
  • Perform deliveries in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations.
  • Accurately complete all invoices and related paper work in a timely manner.
  • Know and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform work in a safe manner.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment in operational and cleanly appearances at all times
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and report findings and recommendations to supervisor.
  • Attend safety and related job trainings as they become available.
  • Provide backup for other administrative staff as needed.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to doing what’s right, a solid work ethic, a strong sense of ownership, a passion for agriculture, and genuine respect for others
  • Practice safe behavior while following all safety policies
  • Observe and enforce all company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
