About The Position

JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per week with a minimum of 15 in person and/remote psychotherapy sessions with clients

Requirements

• LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LCAT/LMFT or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or in a group setting.
• Conduct intakes as needed
• Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined services when needed.
• Include coordination with social work services, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric consultations.
• Maintain current and timely EHR records on all patients in accordance with the PCMH policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.
