About The Position
Job Title: FedEx Delivery Driver (No CDL Required) – Paid Training Why You’ll Love This Position: Earn Big: $750 – $1,200+ per week (Average $20–$26/hr equivalent). Benefits: Health insurance, PTO starting Day 1, and paid training. The Role: PEAKrecruiting is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers for a FedEx Ground Contractor. We are looking for safety-minded, reliable team players to serve the local community. You will drive a company-provided step van (No CDL required) to deliver packages to homes and businesses. Schedule: Full-time: 5-day workweek (weekend availability required). Typical Shift: 8:00 AM start time (8–10 hour shifts). Overtime available for those who want extra cash!
Requirements
- Age: Must be 21 years or older.
- License: Valid Driver’s License (CDL NOT required).
- Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (No DUIs, excessive speeding, or reckless driving in the last 3 years).
- Physical: Able to lift/maneuver up to 150 lbs (hand trucks provided) and enter/exit the truck 100+ times a day.
- Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the terminal on time for the morning safety brief.
- Inspect your vehicle (Pre-trip/Post-trip).
- Deliver packages safely and accurately using GPS and scanners.
- Provide excellent customer service.
