About The Position
The Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Federation Manager will oversee the operational testing, development, and integration of Navy and Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training systems. This role ensures that training systems are compatible, interoperable, and meet the Fleet's training needs, while also maintaining the operational readiness of the LVC federation. The position is based at the I MEF Battle Simulation Center in Camp Pendleton, CA, and requires flexibility to adapt to business and customer needs.
