About The Position

FWS student position for the PTRS Department to support PT student clinics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.

Responsibilities

• General office duties to include, patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
• Screen new patients to determine if they meet criteria
• Schedule/reschedule appointments.
• Train student volunteers in on-site clinic tasks as appropriate.
• Utilize referral process/triage via EPIC and MyUTMB
• Prepare patient schedule updates for weekly continuity care meetings, and update visit counts, and prepare clinic reports via EPIC.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Performs other related duties as required.
