About The Position

The College of Medicine Office of Research is seeking a Federal Work Study Student Assistant for up to 20 hours per work week to provide essential analytical support in maintaining the quality and timeliness of data deliverables. About This Role: Generate standardized reports using pre-established templates and dashboards Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking departmental metrics and performance indicators Assist with data entry and validation for rankings databases and financial tracking systems Prepare visual materials (charts, graphs, tables) for presentations using existing data Provide administrative support for quarterly reporting cycles

Requirements

  • To be eligible for a Federal Work Study Student Assistant position, applicants must be admitted to the University of Florida as degree-seeking students, maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA, and be enrolled at least half-time during the term of employment.
  • Students must also qualify for the Federal Work Study Program for the applicable semester.
  • Proof of a Federal Work Study Award for the semester of employment is required.
  • During the semester, students may work up to a total of 20 hours per week (0.50 FTE) across all University of Florida student employment while classes are in session.
