Dr. Lammle is actively looking for students who will be available to work on the ongoing neuroscience research projects in his lab. Dr. Lammle is conducting scientific and clinical research projects in collaboration with different Surgical and non-surgical Medical Specialties and disciplines, computer science, bioinformatics, Innovations. The project title is: applications of 3D printing and virtual reality in medicine. This collaborative research project involves segmentation of 3D imaging data sets using a post-processing software in preparation for 3D visualization using anatomical or functional Imaging modalities, virtual reality, and 3D printing for different medical indications. The students should be enrolled in a graduate Medical, Health Sciences or Public Health program.: Dr. Lammle is the principal investigator, with multiple academic affiliations to include neuroscience and physiology, neurosurgery and neuroradiology. Student will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art research and Innovative techniques. The job requires a part-time research commitment to be discussed with the mentor beforehand.
