About The Position
Under general supervision of a full-time research scientist/lab manager, the Aide carries out a broad range of functions and procedures to support research activities in the lab. After one year of successful lab work the Aide will be offered the opportunity to engage in research activities if he/she has the interest and ability to do so. Principal duties and responsibilities include making food for fruit flies, taking care of fruit flies, glassware washing.
Requirements
- Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.
