About The Position
The Counseling & Wellness Center (CWC) seeks a Graduate Student to assist with the activities of CWC's and UF GatorWell's Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) Services programs. AOD services work to support UF students in gaining better understanding of the impact of substance use, develop programs that help students explore areas that may contribute to substance misuse, and facilitate services/initiatives to support students with goals of changing substance use patterns maintaining substance use goals and/or working towards abstaining and recovery. The AOD Graduate Student Assistant is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and facilitation of intervention, prevention, and outreach services that center on safe substance use practices of UF students.
