About The Position

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced and strategic Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) Sales Manager to lead and grow our business within the U.S. Federal Government market. This role will be responsible for managing a team that focuses on key FSI partnerships (NG, HII, Peraton and others), driving revenue growth, and overseeing a high-impact sales strategy aligned with Federal IT modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales leadership, Federal market insight, and solution-oriented thinking to enable success across programs within the Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agencies. Location preference is for DC, followed by FL, TX, CA, or MA but for the right candidate the team may be open to remote. If someone is not located in DC, travel expectations may be greater than the 50% for this role.

Requirements

  • 5 Years of Federal System Integrator experience
  • 10+ years in Federal IT sales, business development, or partner/channel management
  • Demonstrated success leading engagements with Federal Systems Integrators
  • Deep knowledge of Federal procurement and acquisition processes
  • Experience working with or through the specific FSIs of NG, Peraton, HII
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills
  • Technical fluency in emerging tech including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Digital Modernization

Nice To Haves

  • Active U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI or higher) is a plus
  • Experience supporting the Federal Systems Integrators with an understanding of the DoD, Intelligence, or Civilian agency programs
  • Understanding of the Federal budget cycle and procurement strategy
  • Background in capture management or government contracting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy targeting NG, Peraton, HII and some other SIs
  • Drive revenue goals by managing pipeline development and forecast accuracy
  • Oversee account planning of the team and execution to expand presence within key integrator partners
  • Build and sustain executive relationships with FSI stakeholders including capture leads, program managers, and procurement officers
  • Guide collaboration with FSI partners to align with major Federal contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs)
  • Identify teaming arrangements and influence pursuit strategies to enhance competitiveness
  • Ensure effective positioning of HPE solutions across Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data, Networking, and Digital Transformation
  • Oversee technical alignment and solution development in coordination with pre-sales and engineering teams
  • Lead or support high-impact proposal responses including RFIs, RFPs, white papers, and capture strategies
  • Monitor Federal IT procurement trends, legislation, and funding cycles impacting target markets
  • Provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders to refine offerings and competitive positioning
  • Represent HPE at industry events and strategic partner engagements
