About The Position
The FRFS business line is seeking a Lead Software Quality Engineer to drive end to end quality through close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products. This role requires strong ownership to define, implement, and champion quality practices that ensure high-impact delivery. We seek leaders to set the vision, strategy, values, and priorities that enable FRFS to achieve its mission. Our leaders must demonstrate a strategic, action-oriented mindset focused on intellectual curiosity, agility, accountability, and the ability to drive innovation through experimentation.
