About The Position

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Federal team, specializing in Federal/DoD facility design projects. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of project management experience and is eager to lead, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will oversee project management activities such as project scoping and budgeting for proposals, building schedules, tracking hours, monitoring budget and schedule adherence, communicating with clients, resolving issues, managing deliverable submittals, and ensuring smooth project closeout. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and management/stakeholders. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies, providing opportunities to broaden knowledge and deepen skill sets in project management. We are seeking an independent self-starter who can efficiently lead projects through all phases while maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering Discipline or BArch or MArch in Architecture Discipline from an accredited college or university; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in A/E/C consulting environment); Federal project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with relevant software such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, etc.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Nice To Haves

  • PE or RA licensure is preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Federal project management experience is a plus
