Associates are required to be onsite at least two (2) days per week in the Alexandria, VA, Washington D.C, Columbus OH, or Norfolk, VA. Additional onsite days may be required based on client needs or project-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • MUST be a U.S. Citizen.
  • MUST have an active Secret Clearance.
  • MUST have a BA/BS Degree.
  • MUST have 3+ years of related federal financial work experience.
  • MUST be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • MUST have Navy / USMC financial management experience.
  • MUST live in the greater Washington D.C region/National Capital Region (NCR); near Cleveland, OH; or near Norfolk, VA.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification.
  • Experienced as a consultant or federal employee supporting the Navy / USMC.
  • Experienced supporting a DON FIP IV Task Order as an employee of a Prime Contractor.
  • Experienced working within DON FMO. Experienced as an auditor of Navy / Army / AF.
  • Experienced using ADVANA / Jupiter / DON ERP.
  • Current employee of Deloitte, CGI, KPMG, or EY with direct experience in Navy / USMC.

Responsibilities

  • Experience within the financial management space for the Navy / USMC.
  • Experience with DON systems, like ERP, DAI, WAWF, ADVANA.
  • Mastery of the FMR.
  • Knowledge of the DON FM Strategic Implementation Plan.
