Job Description: Consumption Service Specialists partner closely with HPE teams to manage customer project delivery being accountable for the end-to-end success of the GreenLake delivery lifecycles. Their key focus is to ensure the account's growth management is led to an exceptional customer experience through management of scope, schedule, resources, finances and risks. CSSs are engaged at the end of the transition period of a new logo and are called to gain good knowledge of the HPE Portfolio and Business Acumen. Consumption Service Specialists partner closely with HPE teams to manage customer project delivery. Key focus is to ensure the project completion leads to an exceptional customer experience through management of scope, schedule, resources, finances and risks. As part of the role, CSSs are accountable for: Provide direction and guidance to HPE delivery teams throughout GreenLake delivery Manage Change Requests for growth Manage End of Contract/Early termination Coordinate on-site installation For GreenLake Secure Sites: ensures local TC has been assigned to perform onsite metering script installation and configuration Actively participate (as required) on Monthly customer calls, transition status calls, Ad-hoc escalation meetings, etc. Create customer GL SharePoint and ensure contract documents e.g. MSA, SOW Exhibits, Lease documents, etc. are archived Acknowledge/approve monthly invoices (hardware & software) Request\manage Purchase Orders for software support (i.e. Micro Focus) Conduct system hand-off and Customer signature when install is complete Manage the change request process for additional capacity: Responsibilities Obtain approval within Pointnext for equipment add-on Communicate/validate configuration requirements (e.g. support levels) Coordinate installation of new equipment Ensure new lease contracts are setup in Compass Ensures extension of MSA to align with lease/HPE GreenLake Agreement that is furthest out Ensure production tool (for billing) is updated with the change Ensure updated contract documents (MSA, Exhibit) are posted on the WW GreenLake Delivery SharePoint Develop and maintain a strong trusted relationship with multiple HPE functional teams Obtain understanding of project scope and alignment to customer’s business and IT needs Quickly establish stakeholder relationships and leverage clear, concise communication to maintain alignment of project scope, timeline and milestones Manage customer and HPE team expectations Leverage active listening and observation to identity risks/problems and proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to mitigate/eliminate Enable your curiosity to identify and recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies Use knowledge of HPE solutions to identify and develop business growth opportunities within the project Deliver to HPE contractual agreements, HPE Service Delivery Guides and/or customer statement of work. On occasion (not regularly), may need to assist with a customer and/or project need outside of normal business hours.
