About The Position

All Native Group is seeking a Construction Program Manager to deliver complex construction projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. This position can be located in Long Island, NY Orlando, FL or Jacksonville, FL or can potentially be remote with a great deal of travel to these areas. The Construction Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, execution, and financial performance of USACE and NAVFAC projects. This role leads project teams from award through closeout, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, schedule milestones, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience with design build federal projects
Background in vertical construction, healthcare, military, or secure facilities
Experience managing multiple concurrent federal projects

Nice To Haves

Additional certifications such as PMP or CCM a plus

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact with Government Contracting Officers, CORs, and QA personnel
Ensure compliance with USACE and NAVFAC contract documents, specifications, and quality requirements
Direct and coordinate Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, SSHOs, and subcontractors
Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and change management
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Ensure Quality Control Plans and Safety Plans are implemented and enforced
Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and compliance
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
Support project turnover, commissioning, and closeout processes
