About The Position

This role can be based anywhere in the US, but we prefer the Central US. Initially, this hybrid role will be more hands-on and require about 60% travel, which is expected to decline to a more normalized rate as the division grows and becomes more established over the next 3 years. (Typical PM travel for our team is about 25%) As a growing, well-established Federal GC, our client has an immediate opening for a Civil Project Manager with Federal Construction experience to lead our new civil division. The person selected for the role will be the cornerstone for the successful rollout of the program and will have the opportunity to grow with the division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful planning and execution through completion of civil projects. The Civil Project Manager will manage all aspects of the project, from estimating, budgeting, and scheduling to resource management, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Additionally, the role will require the ability to support the development of division structure, SOPs, and identify as well as implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
