Accountabilities Lead complex business transactions across multiple stakeholders and organizational teams. Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical specialists to build business strategies. Influence cross-organizational strategies relevant to company and program goals. Exhibit deep knowledge of government contract regulations and information security. Leverage technical expertise to align program technology requirements with solutions. Represent the organization with external government customers and partners. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and ensure compliance with regulations. Support proposal preparation and contract review processes. Conduct negotiations and shape customer acquisition strategy. Develop and implement new contract policies and procedures. Requirements Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship required). Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (MBA or STEM-related). Minimum 6+ years of experience in federal capture management and business development. Experience in federal procurement processes and regulations. Proven track record of leading capture efforts and winning contracts in the public sector. Experience with Shipley Business Development Lifecycle.
