This role is responsible for directing and managing responses to RFP opportunities, establishing effective response strategies, and driving growth for the company. The Capture Manager will deliver successful proposals by coordinating, leading, and driving activities among internal and external stakeholders such as Business Development, Product Management, Solution Lead, Program Management, Implementation, the proposal team, Operations, teaming partners, and other key staff. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
