Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (MBA or STEM-related).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in federal capture management and business development.
  • Experience in federal procurement processes and regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading capture efforts and winning contracts in the public sector.
  • Experience with Shipley Business Development Lifecycle.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex business transactions across multiple stakeholders and organizational teams.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical specialists to build business strategies.
  • Influence cross-organizational strategies relevant to company and program goals.
  • Exhibit deep knowledge of government contract regulations and information security.
  • Leverage technical expertise to align program technology requirements with solutions.
  • Represent the organization with external government customers and partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support proposal preparation and contract review processes.
  • Conduct negotiations and shape customer acquisition strategy.
  • Develop and implement new contract policies and procedures.
