Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
  • Experience with aerospace/defense industry standards, ITAR compliance, and FAR/DFAR regulations
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulations, and maintain accurate procurement records.
