Telos is seeking an experienced Federal Account Manager to lead growth across U.S. Army accounts for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This is a high-impact role selling mission-critical software that directly improves cyber readiness, compliance outcomes, and operational resilience for one of the world’s most complex organizations. Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise or federal software sales experience
  • Demonstrated success selling to the U.S. Army or DoD
  • Experience navigating complex procurement and contracting environments
  • Ability to clearly articulate ROI and business value (not just features)
  • Comfort selling to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong pipeline management and forecast discipline
  • Willingness to travel as required for Army accounts
  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.

  • Experience selling cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance-related solutions
  • Familiarity with RMF, ATO processes, or federal compliance frameworks
  • Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise software solutions

  • Active security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. Army accounts , from program offices to enterprise stakeholders
  • Drive new business for Telos GRC solutions
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Articulate clear, quantifiable ROI tied to compliance efficiency, risk reduction, and mission readiness
  • Position AI-enabled capabilities in a practical, trust-building way
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and delivery teams
  • Build strong relationships with Army decision-makers, influencers, and partners
  • Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and execute against revenue targets
