As an Enterprise Account Executive at Whatfix, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing deals with Federal government prospects. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and ensure customer success. This role requires a seasoned sales hunter with a proven track record in U.S. Government contract sales, and it offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Identify, nurture and close deals with Federal government prospects
  • Understand customer needs and design high-level solutions leveraging Whatfix's value proposition
  • Drive high engagement and quantify ROI to ensure customer success
  • Build brand awareness and leverage your network to generate a robust sales pipeline
  • Sell a category-leading solution in a new and vast market potential
  • Gain intimate 1:1 access to the founder and Chief Revenue Officer to learn, collaborate, and strategize
  • 5-6 years of field sales experience in U.S. Government contract sales
  • Proven track record of closing $1M - $1.5M+ annual deals with U.S. federal and state agencies
  • Familiarity with government procurement portals such as GSA Advantage, SAM.gov
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Government contracting vehicles, such as GSA Schedules, IDIQ, and BPAs
  • Deep understanding of federal and state government ethics and compliance rules
  • Track record of success in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in federal sales
  • Experience with government compliance regulations, including ITAR, DFARS, NIST
  • Deep understanding of government budget cycles and procurement timelines
  • Familiarity with socioeconomic programs (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), VOSB, WOSB)
  • History of cultivating relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies
  • Military or federal affiliation is a plus but not required
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for continuous learning
  • High energy, charisma, gravitas, and a customer-centric mindset
  • This role requires 50% or more travel
