About The Position
Hammons and Long Inc, a FedEx Ground contractor, is urgently hiring full-time delivery drivers. We are looking for reliable, energetic individuals who are ready to get the job done. Successful drivers prioritize safety and are committed to meeting customer expectations and satisfaction. The role involves operating out of the FedEx Ground terminal located at 13115 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd, Sherwood, OR 97140, and making deliveries in the surrounding area using step vans provided by the employer. No CDL is required for this position, making it accessible for a wider range of applicants. Experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, or DHL is a plus, but we welcome both experienced and non-experienced drivers. Positions are available immediately, and we offer a starting pay of $22 per hour. The work schedule for full-time drivers is four days a week, specifically from Saturday to Tuesday, with part-time opportunities available for weekends. Typical working hours are approximately from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or until the route is completed. We provide a supportive work environment with a focus on safety and integrity, ensuring that our drivers are well-prepared for their daily tasks. Additionally, we offer a $750 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, along with a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, paid time off, and paid training at a rate of $18.75 per hour.
