About The Position
SPR Logistics, Inc., a subcontractor for FedEx Ground, is seeking dedicated and reliable delivery drivers to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages within a designated area. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and have a strong commitment to safety and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving, particularly with companies such as Amazon, UPS, Uber, and DoorDash. We value quality and reliability in our drivers and are eager to find team members who share these values. The workday begins at 8 AM, and drivers will continue delivering until their routes are completed. Our operations run on a six-day work week, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday. During the initial paid training period, new drivers will receive comprehensive instruction on operating our delivery trucks, using navigation systems, scanners, and understanding the specific procedures for pick-ups and deliveries. We are committed to providing our drivers with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. In addition to a competitive pay structure, which ranges from $160.00 to $175.00 per day, we offer various benefits including one week of paid time off after one year of service, bonus opportunities based on job performance, and paid holidays at a percentage after one year. We are looking for candidates who are over the age of 21, can pass a drug test, background check, DOT physical, and MVR check.
