About The Position

Brew City Inc. is seeking experienced delivery drivers for FedEx Ground with immediate openings. The role involves providing reliable and safe delivery services to customers in the Milwaukee area, operating from a terminal in Cudahy, WI. Drivers will be responsible for managing daily loads, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and have held it for at least 3 years
• Must have at least three years of experience with FedEx and active, ready to go in the system
• Must be fluent in English
• Must submit to a background check and motor vehicle report
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Test
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs on your own and 150lbs with a cart
• Ability to get in and out of a vehicle several times every day
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Report to terminal prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip van inspections
• Deliver and pick up all assigned packages within the prescribed time windows
• Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the package or injury to oneself or others
• Provide friendly and professional customer service while delivering packages
• Utilize scanning technology and electronic devices to track and record delivery information
• Adhere to all local traffic laws and safety regulations
• Operate delivery van safely, securely, and competently
• Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company

• $1000 bonus paid at the end of January if you stay through the peak season
