About The Position

We are a local company based in Spartanburg, SC, and we are urgently hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers. This position offers a competitive daily wage ranging from $140 to $170, allowing you to start earning quickly. We are looking for individuals with work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to handle local residential and business deliveries. A CDL license is not required for this role, making it accessible to a wider range of candidates. As a FedEx Delivery driver, you will be responsible for making timely deliveries and pickups of packages to various businesses and residences. The routes you will drive may vary in the number of stops, but it is expected that you will routinely perform up to 150 stops a day. Safety is paramount; therefore, you must operate your vehicle safely at all times and conduct daily inspections to ensure it is in good working condition. You will also be required to load your vehicle for deliveries and organize your daily loads effectively. In addition to driving, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with your manager. You will accurately operate a scanner to track the delivery process and ensure the correct disposition of package deliveries and pickups, which is critical to our integrity as a delivery service. We are looking for candidates who can work independently as well as part of a team, and who are ready to tackle the challenges of the job, including working in various weather conditions and lifting packages up to 75 lbs, or up to 150 lbs with a hand truck.
