We specialize in home and community-based services that support individuals with disabilities and older adults so they can remain in their homes and communities. FEA coordinators are responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day management of FEA employers. When a client under the FEA model is approved for services and meets with their program/service coordinator or support broker, the FEA coordinator takes their completed packet and sets up FEINs, creates and links unemployment and withholding accounts, and files powers of attorneys for our assigned FEA employers. If they cancel their services with us, the FEA coordinator is responsible for revoking all of the accounts and powers of attorney.
