About The Position
Bagger team members are realiable , energetic, team driven individual who are ready to work in a fast paced enviroment. They must be detail orientated and able to multitask and complete asssignments, while providing excellent customer service. Greet customers, quickly and accurately bag their items while maintaining the product integrity. Maintain a clean and tidy bagging work space in accordance with policy and procedure. Provides excellent customer service, answers questions and addresses need of customers in a timely and effective manner Arrives to workstation on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings Attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Bags groceries in a manner that protects the integrity of the product and ensures customer leaves with all purchased items Offers and provides carry out service for customers Cleans and stocks front end areas Follows written and verbal instructions provided by management Maintains friendly attitude toward customers and fellow employees Collect baskets in parking as needed
Requirements
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to walk or stand for 8 hours and sometimes exceeding
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, or reach above shoulder height
- Ability to perform repetitive movement as needed
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
