Lead and own FCSD Communications strategy and activities Elevate FCSD's profile inside and outside of Ford and demonstrate the critical role the business unit plays in differentiating Ford from the competition and Ford's overall business success. Educate key stakeholders - employees, dealers, media - about how FCSD is a vital profit driver for Ford and laser focused on improving customer service and growing its business. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders to enhance FCSD's profile and reinforce its position as a strategic growth engine and cornerstone of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for Ford. Bring to life some of the key drivers of FCSD's focus areas, including technician training and recruitment; Remote Experiences / Mobile Service and Vehicle Personalization, among other areas. Be the primary contact for media inquiries related to FCSD initiatives. Support FCSD Internal all Hands meetings, working with employee communications team and Coordinate with global FCSD teams to help develop content for FCSD town halls Analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement Established and active employee resource groups
