Requirements
- High School Diploma and 1 year of experience in human services with children and/or adult dependents.
- Must work independently, handle emergencies, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Access to reliable internet or ability to work from an office.
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance with liability coverage, and a safe driving record.
- Candidates with diverse backgrounds and multilingual abilities are encouraged to apply!
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree with 6 months of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide family transportation and facilitate family interactions.
- Provide necessary crisis intervention services.
- Coordinate and schedule interactions and meetings with families and FCS team members.
- Write and submit case specific documentation as required.
