Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 1 year of experience in human services with children and/or adult dependents.
  • Must work independently, handle emergencies, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Access to reliable internet or ability to work from an office.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance with liability coverage, and a safe driving record.
  • Candidates with diverse backgrounds and multilingual abilities are encouraged to apply!

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree with 6 months of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide family transportation and facilitate family interactions.
  • Provide necessary crisis intervention services.
  • Coordinate and schedule interactions and meetings with families and FCS team members.
  • Write and submit case specific documentation as required.
