About The Position
The Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) BSA/AML Risk Assessment Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Analyst is responsible for the execution of the QA program as directed by QA Management in line with the standards set forth by the Head of FCRM Quality Assurance. To be successful in this role, a candidate should possess strong knowledge/understanding of BSA/AML Risk Assessment process, including one or more of its components (e.g. Inherent Risk & Controls Assessment, Residual Risk), a challenge mindset, and good interpersonal and communication skills. The Senior AML Financial Crime Risk Analyst role contributes to the development and maintenance of TD's AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, including frameworks, methodologies, policies, standards, procedures, awareness and specialized training, monitoring, management reporting and/or escalation of issues. This role conducts periodic and event driven reviews of customers, including targeted reviews to assess risks.
