About The Position
FCM takes a holistic approach to corporate travel, specializing in managing national and global travel programs for medium and large businesses. Backed by the global strength of Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), FCM combines local expertise and global experience to provide clients with a truly bespoke experience. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, which includes air, car, hotel, and ground transportation. Before starting your role, you will undergo a three-week paid training program designed to enhance your knowledge, train you on contract airfares, and sharpen your Sabre skills. As a corporate travel agent, you will handle bookings for air, car, rail, and ground transportation, as well as manage ticketing, changes, and queue management. Exceptional customer service is paramount, as you will need to satisfy the needs of our business travelers. You will be encouraged to study the travel policies of our corporate accounts and develop relationships with them, ensuring that when our valued business travelers require travel arrangements, they can trust that their needs are in the hands of a dedicated team of Corporate Travel professionals. Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, and a typical schedule will include a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts. You will be required to be onsite three days a week in the office and may need to work an evening shift until 8:00 PM once or twice a week.
