The FCM & Client Support Specialist I (FCM/CSS I) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. The FCM & Client Support Specialist I (FCM/CSS I) is responsible for various activities relating to Client Support and documentation imaging. Summary of responsibilities include, loan file imaging, and monitoring financial and covenant tickler tracking process. This position is responsible for tracking, scanning and indexing loan documents into our FCM system, as well as assisting with callback as needed. The FCM/CSS I will assist clients, both internal and external, on various requests, and will serve those clients promptly, courteously and professionally at all times. This position will assist the Client Support Manager with projects and other duties as assigned. They will perform all duties accurately, timely and efficiently and according to bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
