About The Position
As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You’ll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
- Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging
