About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Pizza Maker/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
• Portion and prepare pizza toppings according to company standards
• Monitor pizza quality throughout the cooking process
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to customers
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and nutritional information
• Assist in training new team members on pizza-making techniques and customer service standards
