WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Usual working space is a well-ventilated area. Requires standing, walking, turning, bending, stooping, and lifting. Fine and gross motor skills. Environment may be stressful at times, therefore ability to work under stressful conditions is necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (may be allowed to sign a GED agreement to obtain within 6 months).
• BLS certification or obtains within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support our cloud-based faxing solutions and routing systems.
• Keep an eye on fax queues and solve any hiccups in transmission.
• Set up fax lines, routing rules, and distribution groups.
• Troubleshoot any faxing issues that pop up across various departments.
• Ensure our faxing solutions meet all the necessary security standards.
• Streamline workflows for automated delivery and integration with EMR systems.
• Document everything – your configurations, troubleshooting tips, and workflows.
• Clear and strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and know how to delegate documents accordingly.
• Knowledge in medical terminology.
• Additional other duties as assigned.
