The Fatherhood Engagement Coordinator (part-time) will work primarily with African American fathers and their children under the age of 18 who are involved in child welfare or have been impacted by incarceration. The role aims to strengthen Black families by supporting the reunification of children with their fathers and mitigating the adverse effects of parental incarceration. This position involves facilitating small groups, providing transportation, and monitoring visits between fathers and their children, with a focus on those currently incarcerated or reentering the community.
