Requirements

Previous retail management and sales experience are crucial
Ensuring effective collections processes
Familiarity with Rent To Own management practices
Exceptional negotiation skills
Initiative to take on challenges
Ability to diffuse difficult situations with customers
Ability to exceed customer expectations
Physical stamina is essential
Handle heavy lifting tasks, including loading and unloading freight trucks in the warehouse and assist in delivery and pick up tasks in customer's homes.
Valid drivers license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

Mastering all the basics of our business and eventually overseeing collections and sales.
Setting up captivating showroom displays that attract customers and drive furniture sales.
Learning our inventory control policies
Supervising a dedicated staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets.
