Responsibilities
- Mastering all the basics of our business and eventually overseeing collections and sales
- Setting up captivating showroom displays that attract customers and drive furniture sales
- Learning our inventory control policies
- Supervising a dedicated staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets
- Foster an energetic environment where the team can engage with customers effectively, ultimately enhancing their experience as they explore our rent-to-own options and quality appliances
