About The Position

Assistant Manager / Management Trainee (Fast Track Manager Program) – SpeedWash Car Wash | Louisville, KY Want a role that builds real leadership skills and sets you up to run a location? SpeedWash’s Fast Track Manager Program trains high-potential teammates to lead daily operations, coach teams, and drive performance in a high-volume, customer-first environment. Quick facts Location: 4124 Shelbyville Rd. St. Matthews, KY 40207 Pay: $18/hour + commission + performance bonus (bonus based on site and individual performance) Hours: Full-time (~40 hours/week) Availability: Open availability required, including weekends on a rotating schedule Growth: Pay increases are tied to performance and certification milestones, including Assistant Manager certification ( typically 3–6 months )

Requirements

Open availability including weekends ; reliable attendance is a must
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and being on your feet throughout the shift
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Confidence taking ownership and leading by example
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work around moving vehicles
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Leadership/retail/service experience is a plus (not required—we train)

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day shift execution: customer experience, speed, safety, and cleanliness
Coach, train, and motivate teammates using clear expectations and feedback
Drive membership and retail performance through great service and sales leadership
Learn operational fundamentals: preventative maintenance, checklist routines, quality checks, basic KPI tracking, and labor awareness
Resolve customer concerns and model exceptional customer service standards in a fast-moving environment
Work outdoors and stay active while maintaining a professional, positive attitude
