Requirements

• Some leadership experience in retail, service, or team-based roles
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work 45+ hours/week (including evenings/weekends)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred—but not required with relevant experience
• Openness to relocate within your region, if needed
